Robbie’s formal education culminated with a degree in Hospitality Management in his home town of Johannesburg, South Africa. After spending 5 years gaining fine dining and hospitality experience in some of South Africa’s best restaurants and private members clubs, Robbie decided to transfer and adapt his skills to the Super Yacht sector. Now, with an additional 8 years experience, working exclusively on both private & charter yachts, coupled with his multi-faceted hospitality background, Robbie is the perfect addition to lead the Interior team and create an exceptional front of house experience. Guests can also expect to rely on Robbie’s ability to blend Chef’s culinary creations with exquisite wines. He and his team’s refined service ensure an elegant onboard dining experience in a beautiful relaxed atmosphere.
