Holding an MCA Master 3000GT licence, he has built a trusted reputation across the Mediterranean and Caribbean for his calm leadership, precise navigation, and commitment to high standards. Dean has successfully led both new-build launches and established charter programs, consistently earning praise from guests and crew. Active and adventurous, in his own time Dean enjoys skiing, wakeboarding, mountain biking, and windsurfing. Guests find him down to earth and approachable, balancing professionalism with a warm, easy-going manner that helps everyone feel relaxed.
