Jason is hugely knowledgeable, experienced, and detailed and a real pleasure to chat with. You really do get the feeling that he cares about his guests, and they are not ‘just another charterer’.. I had no doubts whatsoever that the charter would be a great success and it was.
The yacht, crew, Captain, Chef and cuisine more than over exceeded my client’s expectations, and they left the yacht having spent a truly fantastic week onboard.

“Just got home last night after what truly was the trip of a lifetime for all of us. There are not enough superlatives to describe our experience. The crew was exceptionally attentive and pleasant across the board. They could not have been more accommodating and after one day they were so proactive with our preferences that they would bring us things the way we liked it even before we thought to ask! This was service on an entirely different level than even the finest hotels. Jason, the captain, was exceptional and went over every detail about our trip and moving locations with lots of prudent considerations. Dan, the cook, was outstanding. Even though we had several dinners out at great restaurants we found Dan’s meals and preparations to be superior. We even cancelled our last dinner out to enjoy Dan’s creations and the staff’s service. Robbie, the gentleman in charge of the interior service (meals and interior boat maintenance) was extremely attentive to details and made sure things went smoothly. The rest of the team were outstanding and enjoyable to be with – Sebastian, Ian, Luke, Jonathan, Anna, and Oakley! We miss Thumper and the crew terribly!
While there were a few minor issues, everything was handled professionally! No drama whatsoever!
The one negative that is worth mentioning is that Thumper and her crew set the bar so high that it is hard to imagine that we will ever experience anything that can compare with our trip in the future!

“Overall the entire charter was an amazing experience. Thumper is a beautiful yacht – the interior is coastal colours, comfortable and stylish and totally our vibe. The crew were really bringing their A game every day. Can’t say enough good things about the whole team! The chef was fantastic. Chef Dan was very humble and incredibly talented. All the food was delicious and there was a great variety.
We really enjoyed St. Tropez. We thought the village was charming and there was a lot to take in. Being at Cannes during the film festival was a cool experience. The captain got us an incredible berth in both Cannes and St. Tropez and being able to walk into town and take in the sights was fabulous! Le Guerite was also one of our favourite places and we were anchored super close to Jeff Bezos new sailing yacht! And we enjoyed a night at L’Opera club in St Tropez. Highly recommend both of those for some fun!
We got lucky with the weather being better than forecasted and really are just so thankful for all the effort the captain James and crew made to make it amazing. On the last night we had a karaoke night and asked the captain if the crew could join us – it was a blast!”
